Return, Replacement & After-Sales Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. SSL Laptop does not offer cash refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


2. 7-Day Replacement (Defective Items)

If your item is found to be defective upon receipt, you may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original packaging with all accessories and documents included.
  • Defect must not be caused by physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
  • Request must be submitted to support@ssllaptop.com with photo or video evidence of the defect.
  • Warranty seal/after-sales label must be intact. Tampered or removed labels will void all replacement eligibility.

SSL Laptop reserves the right to assess and verify the defect before approving any replacement.


3. 30-Day Free Repair (Hardware & Parts)

Within 30 days from the date of delivery, SSL Laptop will repair hardware and parts defects at no charge, subject to the following:

  • LCD screens and display panels are not covered under free repair.
  • Damage caused by physical impact, liquid, misuse, or unauthorized repair is not covered.
  • Unit must be surrendered for assessment before repair is approved.
  • Warranty seal/after-sales label must be intact. Tampered or removed labels will void free repair eligibility.

4. After 30 Days — Chargeable Service

After the 30-day period, repair services are still available. However, all parts and labor costs will be billed to the customer. A service quotation will be provided before any repair work begins.


5. Philippine Consumer Rights

In compliance with the Philippine Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), customers are entitled to remedies for defective products. For concerns, contact us at support@ssllaptop.com within the applicable period stated above.


6. Return Shipping

All shipping costs for sending the unit to SSL Laptop for assessment, replacement, or repair are to be borne by the customer. SSL Laptop will cover return shipping only if the replacement or repair is approved and completed.
