Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Partner
SSL Laptop primarily ships all orders via LBC Express. If an alternative courier is used for your order, you will be notified of the carrier details once your order has been dispatched. We ensure that every order is carefully packed before handover to our shipping partner.
2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Method
We ship to all provinces and cities within the Philippines. LBC Express will transport your package to their nearest branch or hub in your area. Door-to-door delivery is not guaranteed. In some cases, you may be required to pick up your package at the nearest LBC branch.
For branch pickup, the following conditions apply:
- The registered recipient must present a valid government-issued ID upon claiming the package.
- The package may only be claimed by the registered recipient. Third-party or proxy claims are at the recipient's own risk.
- SSL Laptop is not responsible for packages that are lost, unclaimed, or released to unauthorized individuals after handover to LBC Express.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are based on LBC Express's actual operations and may vary depending on your location, order volume, weather conditions, or other factors. SSL Laptop does not guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. Please take note of the following important reminders:
- Personal receipt required: The registered recipient must be present to receive and sign for the package. SSL Laptop is not responsible for packages received by unauthorized individuals.
- Verify before paying: Inspect the package condition before making payment to the courier.
- Official channels only: SSL Laptop will NEVER ask for payment through unofficial phone numbers, email addresses, or third-party messaging apps. All official communications come from @ssllaptop.com email addresses only. If you receive suspicious payment requests, do not comply and report it to us immediately at support@ssllaptop.com.
- Protect your personal information: Never share your OTP, bank details, or personal information with anyone claiming to be from SSL Laptop or LBC outside of official channels.
6. Shipping Fees and Incorrect Address
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. SSL Laptop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any re-delivery or return shipping fees incurred will be charged to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order directly in your order detail page.
8. Force Majeure
SSL Laptop is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, government-imposed restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will communicate updates and resume delivery as soon as possible.
